SAN FRANCISCO – October 14, 2025NSG Group is proud to announce the successful global rollout of Voxel’s AI-powered safety platform across manufacturing facilities in 10 countries. This strategic initiative underscores NSG Group’s commitment to advancing workplace safety through cutting-edge technology in partnership with Voxel, the computer vision AI company revolutionizing workplace safety and risk.

With a workforce of over 25,000 employees and operations spanning multiple continents, NSG Group began piloting Voxel's Platform in June 2024 at one of its Canadian facilities. Following initial success, the Group rapidly expanded deployment to manufacturing sites across Malaysia, Vietnam, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Italy, Germany, Canada and the United States.

"Voxel's platform has enabled unprecedented visibility into safety risks across our operations, which now provides our operations with an efficient and effective means to target focused safety improvements," said Leopoldo CM Garcés Castiella, Head of Architectural Glass SBU Global of NSG Group. “Our global mission to continuously strengthen our safety culture while creating meaningful impact for our employees worldwide - this was made more possible given our deep partnership with Voxel."

The partnership strengthens safety strategy across NSG Group's manufacturing operations while respecting regional regulations, cultural practices and employee privacy across diverse international markets. Voxel's technology integrates with existing CCTV cameras to detect risky behaviours in real-time, including improper lifting techniques, pedestrian zone violations and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance issues.

Site-specific implementations have demonstrated Voxel's effectiveness across different operational environments in multiple countries, including:

  • Malaysia: 79% reduction in no-pedestrian zone events within three months;
  • Canada: 57% decrease in ergonomic risk events from Q3 to Q4 2024; and
  • United States: 62% drop in safety vest violations within the first 30 days.

The technology's anonymizing capabilities, which blur employee faces and bodies, have been crucial for meeting data privacy regulations and cultural norms across NSG Group's international operations. Each location receives dedicated support from Voxel's team, ensuring the platform evolves with site-specific needs and priorities.

"NSG Group exemplifies how forward-thinking manufacturers are using AI to create safer workplaces globally," said Vernon O'Donnell, CEO of Voxel. "Their commitment to proactive safety management and willingness to embrace technology innovation is driving real results that protect workers and strengthen safety culture across continents."

Voxel’s demonstrated impact has led NSG Group to rapidly expand deployment across additional facilities. The Group plans continued expansion as it scales its proactive safety approach worldwide, with Voxel serving as a strategic partner in ongoing safety culture transformation.

NSG Group reaffirms that its people are its most valuable asset, and that ensuring the safety of employees and the communities in which it operates is a fundamental part of its ethical business philosophy.
