Voxel Labs, Inc. and all of its affiliates and subsidiaries, meaning companies related by commonownership or control (collectively, “Voxel,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respect your (the “user,” the“user’s,” “you” or “your”) right to privacy and strive to maintain the confidentiality of yourpersonal information. This Privacy Policy describes in greater detail our privacy practices forcollecting and maintaining certain information collected about you, or your business if yourepresent a business entity. Voxel is the responsible entity for all Personally Identifiable Information(PII) subject to this Privacy Policy for any Services accessed or utilized by users anywhere in theworld.

Direct customer and their employees, insurance companies, and stakeholders generally make upthe community we serve. We may collect some limited information from users through thefollowing channels:

  • We collect voluntarily-provided information through our website during the signupprocess for users;
  • We collect e-mail addresses and names in order to create accounts in the Voxel application;
  • We provide users the option of providing their phone numbers to support features such as2-factor authentication and SMS alerts;
  • Users may voluntarily submit information, such as comments or messages, to other usersas part of the communication features available through our Services;
  • We track a subset of user activities within the application to record errors and improveapplication performance;
  • We collect non-PII through the use of cookies to track user behavior and improveperformance; our Cookie Policy is further explained below;
  • We maintain a helpdesk function for addressing any questions, comments or concernsrelated to the Services. We may access users’ e-mail addresses and any other informationthey elect to provide as part of responding to such inquiries. This information is onlyutilized for user support, is stored only for recordkeeping and analytics purposes, and isnot otherwise shared.

7. Data Retention

To the extent that any is collected, your Personally Identifiable Information will be erased when:(i) it is no longer needed for its original processing purpose; (ii) you withdraw your consent forus to store your information by sending an e-mail to info-deletion-requests@voxelai.com; (iii)there is no justified reason for the processing of your Personally Identifiable Information, andyou object to our processing of your Personally Identifiable Information; or (iv) erasure of yourPersonally Identifiable Information is required in order to fulfill a statutory obligation under theEU, US, or state law. Under any of the above-mentioned circumstances, we will make sure yourPersonally Identifiable Information is erased. You may request us to erase your PersonallyIdentifiable Information in writing by sending an e-mail to info-deletion-requests@voxelai.com,and we have up to one month to respond to any such request.

8. How We Keep Your Personal Information Safe

We use industry-leading administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protectyour information, including using the best-in-class software systems to collect and store ourusers’ information, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please beaware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no methodof data transmission can be completely guaranteed against any interception or other type ofmisuse. Any information disclosed online is thus vulnerable to interception and misuse byunauthorized parties

9. How We Notify You of Breaches

Voxel has a process in place for providing notices to affected and potentially-affected parties inthe event of breaches and incidents. If you or your data are or potentially may be, the subject ofsuch a breach or incident, we will notify you in accordance with our objectives related to privacy.

10. Policy Regarding Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. If youbecome aware of any data that we have collected from children under the age of 18, pleasecontact us using the contact information provided below.

11. General Compliance with Laws

Our Privacy Policy complies with the strictest laws on handling Personally IdentifiableInformation. Such laws include the USA’s Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
